I’ve helped people with managing their time, careers, self esteem, work-life balance, mood, weight and more. I offer a free introductory session lasting one hour to give people an idea of what’s involved and more importantly to check that we both feel the relationship is going to work.

These first sessions need to be face to face and are conducted at my home just outside Ely in Cambridgeshire but other locations can be agreed.

If we decide to carry on working together then we’ll agree a contract and how the sessions will be conducted; either face to face, over the telephone or a mixture of both.

My fees are £50 per hour for personal coaching and £100 for business coaching and most coaching contracts run for no more than 10 sessions.
